we run a website design company, working with small independent businesses, some in the art world. we are offering a platform for artists to upload their work and sell direct to buyers. we do not take any commission on works sold. enquiries and sales are conducted between artist and buyer, without our intervention. any disputes regarding the artwork, shipping, delivery etc are the sole responsibility of artist and buyer, to resolve. a one-off fee is paid by the artist to promote works on the website. artists upload works, with dimensions, medium, price and a description. sold works will remain on the website as a way of illustrating the work of the artist, unless we are specifically asked to remove the piece. an artist can cancel their profile at any time, but no refund will be made of the one-off fee.
Register your Interest
the website is currently being developed and designed. artists who register interest in the website will be added to our worldartforsale database so that we can communicate timescales etc and once the site is launched, be able to keep you up to date with news and developments. your details (name & email address) will be stored securely, never passed onto a third party and only be used for the purposes of worldartforsale.

important: we provide a platform for artists to promote their work for a one-off fee of £150 (or the equivalent in local currency) and as such, we will not engage in any part of the sales process. we will promote the website www.worldartforsale.com to increase visibility. therefore it is important that you consider the two following points:
- that you give your consent for your email address to be visible and for customers to contact you directly
- that you agree to deal directly with customers from general initial enquiry to conclusion of sale, including shipping and the dealing with any potential issues/disputes which may arise between yourself as artist and the customer

- we will endeavour to reply to each individual registration of interest within 48 hours of receipt. please bear in mind we are building the concept and the website, so if you don’t receive a reply in this timeframe, don’t worry, we’ll be onto it
- a one-off fee to feature work on the website will be payable, in the sum of £150 (or equivalent in local currency) prior to profile going live. you can cancel at any time, but the fee is non-refundable
- we will charge NO commission on any sale
- imagery must be supplied/uploaded in the requested format. anything other will not be uploaded to the website, as we want to ensure consistency of quality for all artists
- we will promote the website across our social media and other platforms, but will not enter into any communications or disputes between artist and customer
- artists who bring the website into disrepute will be removed immediately, to protect the integrity of worldartforsale.com and all other artists associated with our community
